The Gym

We have created a gym space catering for all. With a cardio suite including treadmills, stepper, cross trainers, bikes and rowing machine you can build your cardio fitness.

Our extensive range of resistance machines, plate loaded and free weights including dumbbells up to 60kg, deadlift platform and squat racks means you will always have a space to train without queuing in a busy gym.

The Studio

We have put together a comprehensive studio timetable with classes ranging from the ever popular spinning right through to strength and conditioning inspired group training.

With classes from early morning, day time and evening there’s always a way to mix up your training and try something new!
